Why YAMS?

YAMS Magazine is our home for discovery and fresh commentary on the latest in R&B music. Tap in for monthly cover stories, interviews with R&B artists on the rise, chats with industry veterans, album reviews, and other exclusive content.

You won’t have to worry about missing anything. Every new article from YAMS Magazine goes directly to your inbox.

Why Become A Paid Subscriber

We aim to keep as much of YAMS free as possible, but a paid subscription is an investment in R&B culture and the future of independent journalism. Music journalism (specifically in the R&B genre) is in dire need of a new voice that champions today’s artists. Every paid subscription will keep this platform independent, pay the writers and creatives behind the cover stories, and ensure that the R&B stories that matter keep getting told. And it allows us to keep growing and giving you more.
